MyRazom operates as a free beta platform for mutual aid and local information. During demand validation, the platform does not sell placement, promotion, subscriptions or internal currency and does not process payments between participants.
MyRazom provides a technical platform but is not a party to arrangements between users, an employer, charity, estate agency, transport provider, healthcare provider or public authority. A verification status means that checks were performed using available criteria; it does not guarantee identity, qualifications, quality, legality or an outcome.
The platform is not an emergency service. Call 112 when life or safety is in immediate danger. User materials, answers and assistance are not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. Check official sources and consult a qualified professional before important decisions.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they publish, their rights to uploaded material and any consent required from other people. Do not publish another personʼs documents, contact details, exact address, medical information or childrenʼs data without a lawful basis and explicit consent.
By publishing material, a user permits MyRazom to store, technically process, display and distribute it within platform functions to the extent required to operate the service. The user keeps their rights to the material and may remove it where the interface and law provide for this.
The operator may review, hide, restrict or remove content and accounts when rules are breached, safety is threatened, fraud is suspected or the law requires action. A moderation decision can be submitted for reconsideration through the moderation contact.
The beta may change, become temporarily unavailable or discontinue individual functions. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for user or third-party conduct beyond liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Belgian law applies to these terms to the extent permitted. Mandatory rules in the userʼs country of residence and the right to bring a claim before a competent court are not restricted.
